China solar industry&commercial BESS systems used for over the world, depends on the quanlity and the advantage of cost, we will display some process of these projects today:

Dyness Energy

According to an official WeChat post by Dyness(Daqing) on February 28, Dyness successfully delivered a DH200F commercial and industrial energy storage project with a system capacity of 100 kW and 215 kWh to Dutch customer BS Company. The DH200F uses air-cooled energy storage technology, integrates multiple functions into an all-in-one system, supports photovoltaic access, and can switch between grid-connected and off-grid modes, covering all scenarios of solar storage and diesel. It is estimated that this project can save BS Company several thousand euros per month.

HNAC Technology Co

In October 2023, HNAC Technology successfully connected energy storage projects at two locations—the Estonian Dairy Farm and the Seed Research Institute (ETKI)—to the grid. HNAC Technology provided multiple 60kW/129kWh energy storage units, offering stable power and energy support for agricultural production and research, thus achieving cost reduction and efficiency enhancement. HNAC Technology’s integrated energy storage products feature standardized design, incorporating monitoring devices, PCS modules, lithium iron phosphate batteries, BMS, cooling devices, and fire suppression systems. They can be installed outdoors and are suitable for transformer areas, commercial and industrial buildings, scenic spots, and charging stations. These products can mitigate load fluctuations, shave peaks, and provide backup or emergency power in off-grid mode.

Yuandong Battery

On May 13, 2024, a batch of Yuandong Battery’s 215kWh outdoor air-cooled integrated energy storage cabinets was shipped from Yixing, Jiangsu. After installation and grid connection, these products will provide energy storage solutions for a photovoltaic power station in Bulgaria, Europe.

Wincle Energy Storage Technology

On May 23, 2024, Wincle Energy Storage Technology provided energy management services to a glass factory in Romania, injecting new vitality into local industrial green and smart development. This deployment includes a total energy storage project scale of 19.25MWh, using Turtle series 3.85MWh energy storage containers. Combined with the existing photovoltaic power generation system and grid supply, the factory can improve electricity efficiency, reduce power costs, and achieve energy savings and emission reductions. Additionally, the system can interact with the local grid, providing peak and frequency regulation support and helping the factory earn additional electricity revenue.

Zhiguang Electric

On December 25, 2023, Zhiguang Electric successfully signed two large commercial and industrial energy storage power station supply contracts from Europe, with an installed capacity of nearly 4MWh. This marks a new milestone in Zhiguang Electric’s overseas energy storage market following its export of an African solar-storage microgrid project in September. The exported products are newly developed for the international market, including PCS, BMS, and EMS core products, all independently developed. The supply scope includes containerized energy storage power stations and outdoor cabinet integrated machines, featuring both liquid and air cooling, and high safety, efficiency, and integration. All products are designed to international standards and will undergo strict testing by international institutions to obtain EU and grid compliance certificates.

Age Xingyun Tech

In July 2023, Age Xingyun Tech’s liquid-cooled commercial and industrial energy storage solution was implemented in Africa, providing reliable power for village residents. The project uses two sets of 500kW/1.1MWh liquid-cooled commercial and industrial energy storage systems, equipped with lithium iron phosphate batteries and liquid cooling temperature control technology to ensure stable operation in Africa’s high-temperature and humid environment. On May 23, 2024, Times New Energy announced that its commercial and industrial energy storage project had successfully landed in Brno, Czech Republic, helping the local industrial park achieve green transformation. The park’s rooftops are covered with large-scale distributed photovoltaics, and the energy storage system improves local photovoltaic utilization, participates in peak shaving and demand response, and provides emergency backup power during outages.

Wolong Energy Storage

On January 17, 2024, Wolong Energy Storage announced that its new generation of commercial and industrial liquid-cooled energy storage systems had received bulk orders in Mexico. Wolong Energy Storage will continue to provide energy storage systems for photovoltaic power stations, helping regulate peak and valley electricity usage, reduce carbon emissions, and save economic costs. This collaboration marks Wolong Energy Storage’s official entry into the American market, demonstrating its determination and capability to penetrate the market.

Hite Battery Energy

On May 22, 2024, Hite Battery Energy disclosed that with the establishment of its European company, the delivery speed of European energy storage projects had reached new heights, with nearly 200 units shipped. The operational projects are applied in charging stations, technology parks, manufacturing, and other scenarios, featuring plug-and-play and rapid deployment, showcasing Hite Battery Energy’s strong delivery capabilities for overseas projects.

A European company installed photovoltaic panels on the roof of its warehouse and equipped it with Haide Smart Energy commercial and industrial energy storage cabinets. Utilizing its land to build public charging stations, the company achieved integrated solar, storage, and charging. This setup allows the company to earn revenue from peak and valley price differences and provide public services through the charging stations, effectively reducing electricity costs and increasing profitability. Another large European manufacturing plant, with high production demand and urgent energy storage needs, uses Hite Battery Energy’s commercial and industrial energy storage cabinets for spot electricity market trading and peak shaving, continuously creating economic benefits for the company.

MPMC-Group Solar Power

On March 15, 2024, MPMC-Group Solar Power announced that a batch of its lithium battery energy storage systems had recently arrived in Chile. This trial order includes 15 HBD series commercial and industrial energy storage systems, with a total installed capacity of 1MW/2MWh. More bulk orders are expected to follow. The HBD system features integrated solar, storage, and diesel, enabling multiple sources of access, including photovoltaic, diesel generators, and the grid, combined with battery storage and intelligent monitoring for rapid network formation in various scenarios.

Yhenergy Battery

In March 2023, Yhenergy Battery successfully obtained the export report for the eMetaCube HP2 commercial and industrial energy storage cabinet UN38.3 and completed the factory acceptance of its first overseas commercial and industrial product on March 26, 2023. The first batch of products will be shipped to New Zealand and will operate jointly with supercharging stations in New Zealand and Australia, reducing the dependency of fast charging systems on the grid. In April, these products will also be shipped to Japan. Yuanhe Energy has already delivered these products in bulk in 2023. This overseas project delivery signifies that Yuanhe Energy’s commercial and industrial energy storage products are capable of large-scale overseas shipments. In the second half of 2023, customers from New Zealand, Japan, Thailand, and other countries frequently visited Yuanhe Energy and signed tens of millions of dollars in overseas orders.
